I have specialized training and experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy as well as family systems therapy. I am also a certified ADHD clinical services provider and have extensive training in helping those with ADHD. I also have training training in dialectical behavioral, cognitive processing and prolonged-exposure therapies. I have experience working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, anger, self-esteem struggles and many more challenges.
