Getting started

If you’re considering therapy and would like to take the next step, there are a couple of ways to begin. You’re welcome to choose the option that feels most comfortable for you.

Reaching out can feel like the hardest step. If you’re not sure what to say, a simple “get started” text or email is enough, and we can take it from there.

Schedule a consultation

The easiest way to begin is by scheduling a free 15-minute consultation. This is a brief conversation focused on fit and logistics, where you can ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

Consultations are not therapy sessions, and there’s no pressure to decide during the call.

If you feel ready to schedule an intake appointment rather than a consultation, you’re welcome to reach out directly by email or text to let me know you’d like to get started. I’ll follow up with the next steps.

What to expect after reaching out 

​

If you schedule a consultation, you’ll receive a confirmation with details about the call.


If you email or text, I typically respond within 1–2 business days with information about availability and next steps.

Location and availability â€‹

In-person sessions are offered in Mount Clemens, Michigan, at 75 N Main St Ste 300.
Secure telehealth sessions are available to adults located anywhere in Michigan.
