Individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, ADHD-related overwhelm, burnout, and stress.

Sessions are collaborative, paced, and focused on understanding patterns and building practical change over time.
This works for adults who feel internally overwhelmed, even when life looks "fine" from the outside.

You might function well day-to-day while feeling chronically behind, mentally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself.
Many clients have tried to push through stress or self-criticism for far too long before realizing something needs to change.
Therapy here is collaborative, measured, and grounded in understanding patterns over time.

Sessions are practical and intentional, with time spent noticing patterns, reducing self-criticism, and building tools that support steadier momentum.
The pace is intentional and responsive—there's no expectation to move faster than what feels manageable.
Getting started

If you're unsure where to begin, a brief consultation is a low-pressure way to ask questions and determine whether working together feels like a good fit. Consultations are no more than 15 minutes and focused on fit and logistics.

If you already feel ready to start therapy, you're also welcome to reach out by text or email to let me know you'd like to schedule and intake, and we can take it from there.
